GWOW is a youth friendly organization with the mission to develop leaders and transform communities. Its programs target children and youths under the age of 18 years. The Children’s and Youth Programs offer direct mentoring to develop spiritual, social, and scholastic skills through exposure and guidance.
The long-term goal for GWOWPM is to raise leaders for tomorrow through mentorship, growth, and development of the youths in their community.

Its sub-activities include Summer creative camps, Vocational training,
A mentoring, coaching, and counselling arm for Youths between 14 and 21 who are struggling with peer, family, and social pressures. Targets empowering youths with Cultural Competency Training, Children and Youth-Financial Literacy, and Entrepreneurship etc.
Covers programs that cater to the basic needs of food, shelter and clothing for youth and children from homes that cannot provide adequate economic safety and support.
